CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a five minute grace period. You will be charged a $15 late fee after five minutes. Anything after 10 minutes will result in a cancellation and you will be charged %50 of your service fee. This applies to last minute cancellations (less than 48hrs). No shows will result in full service fee. If you need to reschedule please do so 48hrs in advance. Reschedules will not be allowed past the 48hr time frame & will then be considered cancellations resulting in 50% service fee. If you fail to pay any fees acquired (if i am unable to charge your card on file) or if you are a no call/no show you will be banned from future booking.
